The Société des parcs industriels Sorel-Tracy (SPIST) is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to provide the Sorel-Tracy region with functional, competitive infrastructures so as to promote the growth of businesses and to support their development.

The main real-estate owner of the Ludger-Simard industrial park, the organization manages receiving areas for businesses and ensures that entrepreneurs can find the site and the infrastructures they need.
