The Société des parcs industriels Sorel-Tracy (SPIST) is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to provide the Sorel-Tracy region with functional, competitive infrastructures so as to promote the growth of businesses and to support their development.
The main real-estate owner of the Ludger-Simard industrial park, the organization manages receiving areas for businesses and ensures that entrepreneurs can find the site and the infrastructures they need. The spaces are close to the nearby water (Sorel-Tracy Port, at the fork of the Richelieu and St. Lawrence rivers), rail (Canadian National), and road transportation routes (Highway 30 and Highway 132).
